Billet DBW Throttle Body Adapter for 1JZ & 2JZ

I wanted to do a DBW conversion on my Supra, but I couldn’t find an adapter that allowed me to retain the OEM throttle body length. Without this, the intercooler piping would have to be extended or changed & the symmetry of the engine would look strange. So I reached out to my friends who specialise in CAD, making parts with billet and CNC machines. We got to work designing a DBW conversion kit that met my needs. After testing & using it on my MK4 Supra, I feel comfortable releasing it to the public. This isn’t just a simple adapter plate. It’s a block of aluminum that is machined inside & out to suit the new throttle body & retain the same length as the stock one.

This kit allows you to use a Bosch 74mm DBW Throttle body on your JZ OEM intake manifold.  Why not a bigger throttle body? 74mm is perfect for making big power with amazing response. You don’t need a larger throttle body unless you’re aiming for over 1100 horsepower. My 1100HP 3.6L 2JZ utilizes a 74mm throttle body, and its dyno results prove this.

This adaptor kit will come in raw billet aluminum and has no logos on it. It’s perfect for those wanting a clean engine bay.

When installing the kit, you will need a ball-ended H6 and H5 hex/Allen tool. You don’t need any gaskets, as the kit is o-ring sealed and comes with the necessary components.
