These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.sammit.net (“Site”) and your purchase of our products, including SAMMIT themed merchandise and car parts/accessories (“Products”). By accessing our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with the laws and regulations of Japan.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this Site and make purchases.

2. Products and Orders

  • Product Descriptions: Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for reference only and may vary from the actual product. Variations in color, size, finish, or condition may occur, especially for imported or third-party items. SAMMIT LLC does not guarantee complete accuracy of all product details.
  • Availability: All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of Products or discontinue any item at any time.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) or United States Dollar (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees or applicable consumption taxes (消費税), which are calculated at checkout.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are subject to change without notice.

For international transactions, final charges may vary due to currency exchange rates and payment processing at the time of purchase. The total amount charged is determined at the time your payment is processed.

4. Payment

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal. All payments must be completed in full before order processing and shipment.

5. Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed.

We do not guarantee stock availability until the order is confirmed. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with further options.

6. Proxy / Purchasing Service

For proxy or special order services, SAMMIT LLC acts solely as an intermediary to purchase items on behalf of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any products they request SAMMIT LLC to purchase, or send to SAMMIT HQ, meet their expectations and standards. SAMMIT LLC cannot be held responsible if any item obtained through auction, proxy services, or third-party sources is not as expected.

We do not guarantee product condition, authenticity, or manufacturer warranties for items obtained through third-party sources.

All proxy purchases are considered final and are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances once the order has been placed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Methods: Products are shipped via Yamato, Japan Post, Sagawa Express, DHL Express or FedEx and delivery times may vary. Packages may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
  • Customer Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the customer once the Product is handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • International Orders: Customers outside Japan are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their country.

8. Import Duties, Taxes & Fees

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

In addition, depending on your payment method, bank, and currency exchange, additional processing or conversion fees may apply. While these fees vary, they are generally within approximately 10% of the total payment amount.

SAMMIT LLC does not control or collect these fees and cannot estimate the exact amount in advance.

The Site and all Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or that the Products will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Japanese law, SAMMIT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Products.

You agree not to use the Site:

  • To infringe upon any third-party rights;
