When installing the lap and crotch belts of a 4-point or 6-point racing harness, you generally have to drill holes in the body and secure them with anchor bolts. However, many people have hesitated to drill holes in their prized cars, worried that it might lower the vehicle’s resale value, even though they want to install a racing harness for safety reasons…
This has created a common dilemma where people are reluctant to go through with the modification.

HPI’s innovative product features a floor bar design that reinforces the body while eliminating the need to drill holes during installation, making it easy to install racing harnesses.

While ease of installation is a key feature, the product is designed with safety as the top priority since it’s intended for high-speed driving on the racetrack, a simple mounting bar alone would be dangerous.
To ensure the driver is reliably protected in the event of a collision, the floor bar is secured at three points. Reinforcing material is inserted into the “U-shaped” interior to reduce twisting, particularly in the direction of travel. Made of SUS304 stainless steel with a plate thickness of 3.0 mm, it maintains maximum strength.

Additionally, in many modern vehicles, the B-pillar seat belt anchor is located under the floor carpet, making it difficult to replace it with an L-shaped bracket or eye bolt and complicating installation. We have designed this product to be compatible with such vehicles as well.

 

*Installing a set for both left and right sides reinforces the area around the seats and improves body rigidity (SUS304, 3.0 mm thick).

*Please attach the shoulder belts near the rear seats or to the roll bar, etc.
