Description
NISMO Clutch Slave Cylinder
Features
To reduce the pedal load when using a sports clutch, improve half-clutch operating characteristics and provide proper clutch connection positioning, the size of the operating cylinder was increased from 3/4 inch (ø19.05mm) to 13/16 inch (ø20.54mm). This reduces pedal pressure by as much as 14% compared to a standard part.

※ A copper seal washer is required separately. (Nissan genuine part: 46237-A4600)
※ Do not use in clutch slave cylinder in combination with a Copper Mix or Non-Asbestos type clutch disc, as it may result in insufficient stroke and cause clutch disengagement issues.
※ The HCR32 Skyline cannot be equipped with this product because the clutch hose will become overstretched.
※ Vehicles under the Autech brand are not compatible unless specifically stated.
Important Considerations
-
When using a clutch slave cylinder, the stroke of the cylinder will be reduced. Please adjust the stroke as necessary.
-
Before removing the standard operating cylinder, be sure to clamp the hose securely with a hose clamp to prevent air from entering.
-
Fill the replacement clutch slave cylinder with brake fluid and bleed the air in advance before connecting the hose.
-
Even after performing steps 1 and 2, air may still enter the hydraulic line. Once air enters the system, the pedal stroke and feel will change. Since it’s difficult to bleed air from sections like large-diameter U-shaped pipes, be sure to perform thorough air bleeding.
-
To simplify step 3, vacuum bleeding is effective. (Use the U-pipe elimination adapter included with the NISMO clutch hose.)
