That’s the concept behind the development of the SUPER COPPERMIX TWIN.

To bring this concept to life, two years were spent refining the carbon material. The result: the “Super Coppermix” friction material.
Then, development of a twin-plate version began, achieving both ease of operation and extreme performance.
After three years, NISMO has completed the SUPER COPPERMIX TWIN, available through NISMO’s multi-plate clutch series.

A super-strong clutch that combines ease of operation with an output ceiling of more than 600ps — this is the development concept that launched the SUPER COPPERMIX TWIN. NISMO first released this concept as a carbon twin product. Two years into its development, we created the next-generation friction material, “Super Coppermix.” After that, the twin-plate version was developed. The project culminated in a product that exceeded expectations and delivers on what COPPERMIX promises. With three and a half years of testing and refinement, this makes the SUPER COPPERMIX TWIN the culmination of more than three and a half years of testing and development. It is the ultimate model in the NISMO multi-plate clutch series.

-Conventional twin-plate clutches require strong pedal force, but this product balances high torque handling with ease of use by optimizing disc and cover characteristics.
-Ideal for high-output vehicles used for street and circuit driving.

Center Hub

-The center hub structure helps prevent gear rattle noise from the transmission input shaft.
-Provides smooth clutch engagement and minimizes shock by using a unique damper design.
-Reduces gear noise during clutch disengagement and shifting, while also improving drivetrain durability.

Lightweight Flywheel Included

-Comes with a specially designed lightweight flywheel to balance strength and response.
-Helps improve engine rev response while maintaining drivability.

Aluminum Cover for Improved Heat Dissipation

-Aluminum cover construction ensures excellent heat dissipation and weight reduction.

Strap-Equipped Center Plate

-Strap mechanism on the center plate improves disc separation and operability.
-Helps prevent dragging and reduces load on the driver during operation.
-Increases clutch engagement reliability under intense driving conditions.
