Auction Assistance:

1. Fill out the form below selecting auction assistance.
2. We will issue an invoice for a deposit to place your bid.
3. If we win the auction, the item(s) will be shipped to SAMMIT HQ.
4. Upon arrival, we will repackage your item(s) if needed for protection or to reduce size for international shipping.
5. You will receive an invoice covering the international shipping, handling and any additional charges.
6. Once payment is received, your package will be shipped directly to your address and any tracking will be provided via email.

※ Any remaining balance from your deposit will be applied to international shipping, handling and any additional charges.
※ If we are unsuccessful in winning the auction, we will contact you to confirm whether you’d prefer a refund or for us to search for an alternative auction on your behalf.

Shipping Assistance:

1. Fill out the form below selecting shipping assistance.
2. Purchase the item(s) directly from an online store and enter the SAMMIT HQ address (listed below) as the delivery destination.
3. Once the item(s) arrives at SAMMIT HQ, we will repackage and cushion it for safe international shipping.
4. You will receive an invoice covering the international shipping, handling and any additional charges.
5. Once payment is received, your package will be shipped directly to your address and any tracking will be provided via email.

Additional Information:

• Please ensure you stay in regular contact with SAMMIT HQ staff via email regarding your package(s).
• All tariffs, import duties, and customs charges in the destination country are the customer’s sole responsibility.
• If packages are delivered to SAMMIT HQ without first submitting the required form, or if we do not receive any response from you within 7 days of the package’s arrival, the package may be disposed of without notice.
• If you do not agree to the quoted shipping fees, we will be unable to ship the package, and it may be disposed of.

Storage Information:

• Your package can be stored at SAMMIT HQ for free for 7 days from the day your shipping invoice is issued.
• After your free 7 days, every 7 days that your invoice is not paid you will incur an added fee of ¥700 to your shipping invoice.
• If your shipping invoice is not paid within 35 days (7 free days & 28 fee days) of being issued your package will be disposed of.
• All storage days are determined using Japan Standard Time. (00:00 – 23:59 JST)
