WRONG, MISSING, DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If a wrong item arrived, an item is missing, or the item was damaged or defective please contact us via the form on the contact page or email [email protected] within 30 days of receipt.

GARAGE SALE ITEMS

Any items placed within the Garage Sale category are sold as-is and are non-returnable and non-refundable

PROXY SERVICES

Customers are responsible for ensuring products they send to SAMMIT HQ or request SAMMIT HQ staff to purchase on their behalf meet their standards.
SAMMIT HQ can not be held responsible if a product purchased via auction/proxy services or sent to SAMMIT HQ is not as expected.

All purchases under proxy services are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

WORK WHEELS

Any orders for WORK wheels are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing fault.

EXCHANGING SAMMIT MERCH ITEMS (Due to size etc.)

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT:

  • Item return/exchange claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items that have been printed on, washed, or altered in any way are not returnable/exchangeable.
  • You must pay for round-trip shipping costs.
  • Please check with us if the size you request is available.

Items being returned to sammit.net must be returned via shipping prepaid by the customer. Ship the return using the carrier of your choice. We recommend requesting a tracking code and shipping receipt. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Shipping the exchange from us will be done by DHL or FedEx and the shipping fee will be invoiced to you before we can ship your new item.
