WRONG, MISSING, DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If a wrong item arrived, an item is missing, or the item was damaged or defective please contact us via the form on the contact page or email [email protected] within 30 days of receipt.

EXCHANGING ITEMS (Due to size etc.)

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT:

  • Item return/exchange claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items that have been printed on, washed, or altered in any way are not returnable/exchangeable.
  • You must pay for round-trip shipping costs.
  • Please check with us if the size you request is available.

Items being returned to sammit.net must be returned via shipping prepaid by the customer. Ship the return using the carrier of your choice. We recommend requesting a tracking code and shipping receipt. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Shipping the exchange from us will be done by DHL or FedEx and the shipping fee will be invoiced to you after you receive your new item. Contact us to get a quote for the shipping fee.
