4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Methods: Products are shipped via Yamato, Japan Post, Sagawa Express, DHL Express or FedEx and delivery times may vary.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the customer once the Product is handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • International Orders: Customers outside Japan are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their country.
